Would you like to come experience Mummola with us? Make an enquiry about the stay and activities around the farm. Our facilities are best suitable for small family or group of friends between 3-4 people. We came to Kaukonen in the summer of 2014 and planned to stay for one year. We have enjoyed ourselves so much that we decided to move here permanently. As a part of our livelyhood, we got an idea about opening our home for guests. We are hoping to give you the same experience as our friends get when they visit us.
What to expect during your visit?
Rose bedroom is waiting for you in the rustic grey cottage. Depending on the season we will plan together schedule to match your interests. For example we can bike around the village, participate in the local events, go berry picking, visit the local reindeer farm or try carpet weaving. Alongside the activities we will prepare Finnish food, spice up the breakfast with fresh milk straight from the barn and heat up the sauna every now and then. We will hope to make your stay as friendly and welcoming as possible.
